Ibanez would win that one, after signing the guy from Blindspot

Yeah, but he's world famous in New Zealand.

Ah, Brandon ... well, he is a killer player, and has played Ibanez for a long time ... but I guess that's not really your point

No bashing from this quarter. Stoked for Brandon about the endorsement though.

Interesting that he's the only Ibanez endorsee in NZ. . . regardless of his chops, all anybody hears in Blindspott is pretty straightforward power chordage.

Yeah, but endorsements are usually based on band profile, not player ability ... in which case, Brandon has both.

Was that a long time ago? I don't ever remember seeing a Strat ...
Jimmy has owned a nice Tele Deluxe for a few years.
Dion always played a LP Junior DC. Also has a nice vintage Epiphone solidbody.
They got a 335 and a white SG '61 Reissue from Gibson, plus some more.
In the last few years I mainly saw them using Gibsons, the Epiphone and the Tele.

Yeah this was a while ago. I remember seeing them more recently and they had the tele custom and the white SG. I think one was using a plexi too?

Not really
I'm not saying he doesn't deserve it (although I have never seen him play before), just that being famous in New Zealand is the opposite of actually being properly famous. But I guess you get to hang out with Paul Holmes and Cocksy, and all the other NZ celebrities
