We've had to do that quite a few times in the office. Every summer our air conditioning units would go berserk every now and then. It would flip flop between flames of Mordor and katabatic flow, both at gale force. For the unfortunates among us that often meant scarfs if we're right under an outlet.

What I attempt, or have attempted, to play can be referred to as "the heights of free spirited musical adventures". I simply call it "Dany had no frikkin clue and/or skills". Prog? Yup, no frikkin idea.

Hey fellas.
Tempted to grab a local Randall RM100. But depends if there's any modules you guys wanna part with..
Man they're expensive to order.. might be better off saving for a Kemper I dunno.
I'm primarily a live player and love the idea of switching between a Blackface, Marshall and a SLO preamp at will. Its a shame there isn't a kiwi dealer of these eh.

Go to Grailtone MTS forum and look for the pre-amps for sale.

Hey Griff,
The RM100 are fecking heavy if that comes into your gig considerations at all.
If your buying from Musicworks I would be asking for some modules to sweeten the deal.
The prices for the old randall/egnater modules have really crept up in the last year or so.
If you're looking at the synergy modules, you can ask Conway or Deluxe guitars are the closest store retailer.
The RM100 will need a couple mods to get the most out of the synergy modules

Cheers Matt. Yeah don't mind hauling the heavy shit to gigs. I'm happy to mod it if need be.
How good is the power amp on the Randall, do the Synergy modules transfer well to the power section?
I'll see if I can get a couple of hand shandy off it maybe

It's pretty good actually. You get a presence and density control, which can also be tweaked if you want.
There are external bias points for each power tube, so you can chuck whatever you like in there.
The one in the shop probably has JJ EL34L which put out some extra chuga chuga.
The synergy amps use 6L6 but there isn't really any need to match anything, just pick the tubes that you like.
The boards are ok to mod too. No SMD stuffs to deal with
