Your top five amps?

i like any old valve amp
and say a roland jazz ch for fun

i dont like alot of the modern marshalls anymore, there ok but have one good sound and with enough tweeking you can get the same sound out of a valestate as you can out of a jcm900

i like the H&k stuff and mesa stuff out the newer amps around. all the made in china stuff is worthless no matter waht badge it has on it and the reissue game is a wank imo. a 5150 is woolie and a clone amp is great if you have the dosh. i like the rivera stuff but it sounds clecha as do alot of the modeling amps around.
i like strange open sounding amps pushed hard with tons of headroom, you dont need to buy new to get that.
