Axe Fx - Looking for NZ import advice

Post by josephoskin »

Hey everyone,

I'm interested in buying an Axe Fx III and I'm aware that it can be difficult to get to NZ. I've heard that you either have to go through the distributor in Aus, or get it shipped to a friend in another country, then sent to NZ.

Both are viable options for me, but I'm wanting to know if anyone has gone through the process of getting one sent to NZ. If you have any advice, good/bad experience?

Cheers!

Independent Music (AU/NZ distro) have a warehouse in NZ. That's the official way to get one. It can be quite slow, but it works.

I've bought two from Independent Music now and they turned up within two days of ordering. I've found them to be great.
Looks like they may be out of stock though.

Another vote for Independent. Found him good to deal with and always kept me up to date.
Loving it so far

Cheaper through Andrew.

The gst and duty you'd pay as well as shipping.. not worth it.
