Wow, ZX Spectrum loading apps!

The pedal is more interesting, I'm guessing a general purpose DSP and some general purpose controls and then customised with whatever SW you download to it.

A friend of mine works for Marshall and I think he was working on some pedals years ago and was wondering what far out effects you could put into a pedal with one switch, two controls and a DSP. I don't think the idea was for it to be customised like this though (and I don't think I ever heard what came of the project)

Mid song, whipping out the phone to change the patch might lead to timing issues in our band.

Wow, that's freaky. If it was April I'd think someone was taking the piss. However I don't have an i-anything, or a TC electronics pedal, so I guess I'll have to stick with bending down and turning the knobs. Such a pain.

I feel less than awesome as I don't own TC gear, other than the iPhone app. So now I just point my phone at the guitar pickup anyway and smile randomly....while people say 'what a twat'

Might as well buy some toneprint gear then.

No offense but I could get 'toneprints' for my pod xt 8 years ago via usb without looking like my guitar is talking to my phone.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.
