Byebye MIM, hello MIC :shh: Anyone have any experience with these, in particular the Modern Player Telecaster and Stratocasters?

Yep, I've played a P90 Tele extensively. I'm convinced it's a classic vibe Squier neck with a Fender badge glued on. Of course, this isn't to say it's not a nice guitar. They sound pretty good too.

As far as I know they are made in the same factory as the Squier Classic Vibes and share the same heavy laqued neck as the Classic Vibes.
I haven't played any of the Modern Players but the build quality on the Classic Vibes IMO was overall better than a lot of the MIM Standard guitars.
I must say though even though some of the models have fancy pickups e.t.c. it still looks like fender are making a bigger margin on them just because there is Fender written on the headstock.....
