Eleven Rack Controller

(Happy new year all)
Im getting an 11R from a mate of mine. Hooking it up to a pair of small bookshelf speakers for home practice use, as turning a JTM45 on at home to learn songs is impractical...
I need a foot controller to go with it. Nothing flash, but i cant find reliable info on what is suitable. All im looking for is simple on/off control of effects within a patch.
Any advice? Anyone got something for sale?
