With the pedal engaged, all that drop-tuned, super high gain stuff sounds like that to me anyway.

Hotone Ampero, in the mail.... and this is the video that convinced me to not spend twice as much on the HX Stomp

Helix killer arrived, running it direct into my interface and having a play with the presets, pretty impressed so far!

How does it compare with your NeuralDSP stuff?

Too early to tell, only spend about 15 mins playing with it so far, but some of the clean patches sounded killer so I'm feeling positive about it, some of the dirty ones had too many effects on them like most presets

I need to create some of my own presets and also try it with effects only into my amps

Awesome! What a beautiful looking unit!

I got the HX Stomp recently but it will be mainly for a few special effects, so needs to fit on my board pretty snug.

I am still trying to figure out an elegant (silent) home recording solution and I've caught the digital bug for sure.

You can actually use the stomp as an interface, it sends audio over usb.

^this, I was after a stomp but got the ampero as its less than half the price and honestly in sound comparisons I listened to it was better to my ears!
