Anyone in Christchurch able to do a pack & post for me?

Post by Slowy »

Won the G&L.
Haven’t spoken to the seller yet but mention has been made of a gig bag.

If this is the best he can do, is anyone able to pack it so it survives the trip to Auckland?

You will be rewarded in the manner you think appropriate.

Good thing you offered first, I don't think Slowy would want to reward jb in the manner he considers appropriate.
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and he'll spend thousands on fishing equipment he'll use for a bit, then get bored and move onto something else.

Yeah, but it would be over quick, I plan to leverage getting a guitar from Auckland to Christchurch at some point in the future, with Auckland traffic I think it might be a bit too much to ask!!!

Thanks Terexgeek, I've just emailed the seller.
G&L2.jpg
When my Son was born, I named him Leo after one of the 20th Century's most innovative inventor/engineers. I thought, as you do, that maybe a bit of the magic might rub off.

20 years later and my Leo is showing every sign of being a fine engineer and innovative entrepreneur. (Who'd have believed this hokey rubbish might actually work!)

All his life, I've kinda wanted one of these headstocks:
G&L1.jpg
If it didn't have the 'Guitars by Leo' tag, I wouldn't have bought it.

This has to be the dumbest reason for a purchase ever!

But an American made Strat for $868 has a lot of leeway.
Apologies to Stratmatt. I didn't realise it was you who had the first bid.
