No. Sorry. I mean when both pups are selected. Don't they need to be reasonably close in output level?

I guess it may be an issue when using both. Depends on your style and the sounds you like I guess. I don't use that position much (here come the jokes) so it wouldn't bother me. Who knows, the imbalance may create tone that you really like.

dimazio made a pup called the dp102 from memory, its not the xn2, its vintage from the 80`s
awsome to the max!!
