Quite a few people swear by Fret Doctor.
So far I've just used a bit of very expensive cold pressed olive oil that we also use on the kitchen chopping block. That seems to work pretty good.
Back in the day I used to use ordinary furniture polish on my old junker's fretboard. Seemed to work OK, but I'd be a bit hesitant to use it on one of my "good" guitars.

I know the guy that did the ticketing for that 'clapton' gig Iain, he says Clapton was ok but 'another guitarist up there' (you) was pretty cool.

I almost made a flight down to that gig (had free vip ticket waiting for me) but the flight cost was thru the roof on short notice...could have bought my own clapton strat for that.... :cry:

had the same experience, bought a rewiring upgrade kit for an SG and he tailored the bits to suit, great guy and fast service.
