question for the experts
I have a set of PU's , never heard them, got them s/hand and not sure if theyre even working, is there an EASY way to test if there operational?

Use a voltmeter/Ohmmeter to test the resistance. If there is some in the 3-30kOhm range it should work.

basically - a std guitar lead without a jack on one end (just wires), connected to an amp. Connect them to the pup wires, so its really like a guitar. Then hold them over top of the strings of an unplugged gat and play the strings...
