glad you are digging it..I bet it sounds awesome in stereo with the OrangeDarth Sabbathi wrote: ↑Sat Nov 21, 2020 12:08 pm I've been meddling with high gain amps recently, including a new EVH 5150 iii (thanks willow13!) Digging it a lot, especially in tandem with my Orange (crunchy with a chewy centre).

Um yeah. Been a while since I used YouShop myself.Darth Sabbathi wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 11:28 amI like the look of the Green Rhino - I'll keep an eye for one local. Not sure I can be arsed with YouShop yet.JHorner wrote: ↑Sat Nov 21, 2020 8:23 pm When you're using a TS to tighten things up and the TS has extra EQ capabilities, it really helps.

Just got jacked $60 delivery for a little Radial Cab Link. Expected it to be $25 like it was last time I used it.
0 stars Not recommended, would not YouShop again.

The TS' mid-hump honk is hit and miss though (very guitar / pickup / amp-dependent) - yes it tightens up because it cuts bass but it also cuts top end sparkle. I would seriously suggest the full size TC Spark boost to smash a gainy amp into higher gain. Gives you some brilliant low gain grit, massive boost, and bass/treble EQ - at a reasonably low price point.
Oh and you're going to need a noisegate too
