Re: Infamous guitar
the one you are playing at the top of the page is really tastefully done! the shred one by the other guy is simply 'hey, check out how many licks I know!' haha.
Hope you do well bro!

Re: Infamous guitar
I just listened to a couple of your tracks and really liked them.
You compose you songs well with a nice ebb and flow to them without overdoing the flash bits which gives them more effect.
Much better than my aimless rambling when I try to be original. I can sometimes play some blazing hot licks that fit the melody in parts but can't place them into the context of a song in a way that sounds composed like you can. Awesome.
I'll to make my next musical quest something that address this shortfall.
I'll follow your progress.

Re: Infamous guitar
Thanks guys, I made the grand final as a 'judges' favourite.
Hey Aquila, cheers, I don't really follow a formula for my songs, I kinda just play something that fits a memory.
Or imagine a scene from a movie, what kind of music would you like to hear, that kind of thing.
I used to go out of my way to play certain things for the sake of being able to play it but now Im into melody and harmonies and the whole overall sound as apposed to just guitar (I cant believe how crappy i used to sound hahahaha)
Learning other instruments really helps too!
As long as its fun!
