How much did they sting you for shipping? I've always found Amazon OTT with their charges.
Can't remember to be honest, I didn't go for the most expensive option and I had a voucher from my employer to spend
How can I be sure I'm here?
The pills that I've been taking confuse me...

I've found the opposite, Amazon seem to offer reasonable expediated shipping which can work in your favour,
This compares with direct costs, for example, K O'Connor's Amp tech books direct from him in Canada cost about US $45 but the air postage can cost you MORE than the book (US$48 - almost NZ$200 for one book and delivery)), surface shipping up three months US$25. Books can be heavy and costly to post.

Postage from Canada seems pretty mental. I reckon they pay twice what the Yanks over the border do on some packages.

I've got Dan Erlwhine's guitar repair guide (I think that's what it's called?) it pretty decent.

D.I.Y guitar repair is OK but not amazing. It has some info on fret dressing and setups.

Melvyn Hiscock's 'Build your own electric guitar' is well regarded. Kinda old school these days though. I wish these books were all in colour.

Canadians' pay crazy tax for US imported stuff.
