Hardwire polytune app
For iphone & iPad users - Hardwire's polytune app, based on their HT-6 pedal, is free for a limited time (usually NZ$6.49). Have downloaded it but not tried it out yet.

Hardwire polytune app
Thanks for that I will download and try it out. Normally I use the tuner in Jamup Pro which is very nice to use as it has a nice amount of virtual needle display damping and a large scale. Never used a poly tuner before so not sure what all the fuss is about. Still will give a blast and see what happens. How did you find out about this please? I use Appsfire to keep an eye out for free and new apps that come onto the market. Do you use something sim?

I saw it on lifehacker.com - they do a daily best app deals listing with free and discounted apps for all operating systems.bobiron wrote:How did you find out about this please? I use Appsfire to keep an eye out for free and new apps that come onto the market. Do you use something sim?

Re: Hardwire polytune app
I suppose a search on polytune will give you the TC Electronic app version of their pedal...rocklander wrote:ah.. never mind.. I was searching polytune, not hardwire... the two are not the same

Hardwire polytune app
I use Appsfire on my iPad but there is a free PC version too. It is a great way finding free apps. Type in Hardwire and you will find it.

Re: Hardwire polytune app
yeah, it did.. I downloaded the hardwire app.. this is freaking awesome.. totally worth the <$7 normal price, but am even happier to have it for free.. thanks so much for posting about it.. I tried it with my electric unplugged and even talking at the same time it still worked perfectly.. very cool app.Conway wrote:I suppose a search on polytune will give you the TC Electronic app version of their pedal...rocklander wrote:ah.. never mind.. Re: Hardwire polytune app
Thanks very much, I also thought it was the Poly tune... I wouldnt mind that in a pedal.... How much is it? I have a Peterson strobe stomp 2, but I just cant find the love with it often....I probably need to hook up with someone who likes theirs...Anyone?
I had a dream last night, that everything I have got replaced with an exact replica.... (Steven Wright)

Re: Hardwire polytune app
yep cheers, one on the iPad and one on the iPhone. Got the tc polytune but thought I'd give this a shot, you can never have too many tuners right?
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Re: Hardwire polytune app
Same as BG. Got Polytune but this one looks interesting. Now I just gotta get hold of a guitar for a few minutes to actually try it out.
