A recording from my sunday gig
I had a dream last night, that everything I have got replaced with an exact replica.... (Steven Wright)
Re: A recording from my sunday gig
A bit mellow for my tastes, but it sounds nice. When I say mellow, I like some more dynamics, ie. in the middle somewhere the drummer brings in a big build up and the guitar switches to overdrive. So then you get some mellow, along with some adrenalin. Have you thought of pumping it up half way through, and then later bringing it back to mellow again? But that is just my taste, as I say, it does sound nice.

Some of the other songs had a bit more of that going on, but we didn't have drums, just percussion, so it couldn't get too crazy.

Short tenon too, I expect.....
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.
