Buckethead
Just spent some time on youtube trying to get some inspiration and came across some Buckethead clips. For a guitarist that seems to have so much talent why does he play such shit music ?

Re: Buckethead
Bought a few of his albums a while back, a lot of his stuff just sounds the same. Quite boring TBH, I came away quite disappointed and haven't listened to him since.sizzlingbadger wrote:Just spent some time on youtube trying to get some inspiration and came across some Buckethead clips. Re: Buckethead
He is a top international guitarist and earns a lot of money. Yet he wears a KFC family bucket which he got for free. A man of his income could afford a top quality Rubbermaid bucket.

Re: Buckethead
I would think a man of his means could at least replace the bucket occasionally, even if he tossed the chicken to the homeless.werdna wrote:He is a top international guitarist and earns a lot of money. Re: Buckethead
Wearing a bucket on your head is a way to scuttle your career.

Re: Buckethead
so is he actually suffering from some intense form of stage fright where its easier to be anonymous....
or is he really ugly and need to hide what he looks like...
or is he someone else who wanted to have a side career and keep it secret?
I often wondered if The Residents were actually Devo using up their less commercial material.
maybe Buckethead is someone in disguise!

It's obvious that he's vying for the coveted Manawatu Turbos them song gig.
