I’m hoping to make an expression knob/pedal that can be used for both a Line 6 HX Stomp and Strymon Flint at the same time.
Was thinking of 2 x 1/4 jack sockets wired to 1 dual gang 10k pot, as Strymon and Line 6 expression pedals are wired differently.
Can anyone help with schematics for this idea?
And advise if it is possible?

Re: DIY Expression pedal with dual gang pot? Help needed with wiring diagram
do you have the diagrams for the two expression pedals you want?
another option is to stick two pots into the same toothed thing (whatver thats called, actuator?) that gives you more adjustability on the sweep than a single dual pot.
but eaither is easy enough, wiring, the building is always the tricky bit.

Re: DIY Expression pedal with dual gang pot? Help needed with wiring diagram
bought a dual gang 10k pot today, managed to get it working on the line 6 but haven’t got the Strymon Flint yet to test the other side. Think the Strymon has different wiring so will need to figure it out. I used an expression wheel previously on the side of a midi controller and got reasonably used to it, figured it’s heaps easier to build an expression wheel than an actual pedal!Snarblinge wrote:do you have the diagrams for the two expression pedals you want?

Hoping to wind up the decay on the Flint and delay feedback on the Line 6 simultaneously.
