I was about to ask if anyone was going to do it, and how much it costs. Looking forward to the feedback.

Re: PG Spark users thread
Had a quick play, little underwhelmed by the new amps and so forth, the octave fuzz is nice though, also the play along stuff with tone match is cool, you can call up a Jimi song and it selects the right combo of amp and pedals etc for the track, will give that some playing for sure!WellyBlues wrote: ↑Wed Oct 13, 2021 8:07 amI was about to ask if anyone was going to do it, and how much it costs. Re: PG Spark users thread
Does the Hendrix Pack require the latest Spark or will it work with the first edition (or is it just one edition out there anyway?)?

Re: PG Spark users thread
Theres only one edition but it does require a new firmware to work, the app on your phone or tablet needs updating too which adds support there and the ability to purchase itWellyBlues wrote: ↑Wed Oct 13, 2021 1:28 pm Does the Hendrix Pack require the latest Spark or will it work with the first edition (or is it just one edition out there anyway?)?

I’m enjoying the auto tone play along, pretty fun! Agree with you on the amps, but I do wonder if the amps irl would actually be the sound most of us would choose these days anyway?jeremyb wrote: ↑Wed Oct 13, 2021 12:21 pmHad a quick play, little underwhelmed by the new amps and so forth, the octave fuzz is nice though, also the play along stuff with tone match is cool, you can call up a Jimi song and it selects the right combo of amp and pedals etc for the track, will give that some playing for sure!WellyBlues wrote: ↑Wed Oct 13, 2021 8:07 amI was about to ask if anyone was going to do it, and how much it costs. Re: PG Spark users thread
Knob upgrade on the tiny music volume knob, much betterer now, this one just fits over the top and tightens with a grub screw.
This is where I got them from if anyone is interested in doing similar: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32918374219.html

Re: PG Spark users thread
who else isn't surprised JB is happy with a knob upgrade?
I asked his missus last night and she said that the jury was still out, what you do with it apparently.

Re: PG Spark users thread
New firmware for the Airstep footswitch allows the app to work at the same time as the footswitch, and adds support for the hendrix pack, hooray!
