I’m keen and pretty sure TG will be in
I don’t have a day off until 23Dec so book whatever day and if the weather gods play ball I should be in.

Keen! If possible the second half of November, please? I'm out of the country the first half.

Re: Christchurch Gearfest November 2022
To be fair, I would expect excommunication would be a lot harsher than a load of old blokes playing badly, loudly.
I wouldn't have thought these would apply :
Desecration of the Eucharist (can. 1367)
A person who physically attacks the pope (can. 1370)
A priest who in confession solicits another to violate the sixth commandment (can. 1378)
A bishop who consecrates another bishop without papal mandate (can. 1382)
A priest who violates the seal of the confessional (can. 1388)
A person who procures an abortion (can. 1398)
Accomplices who were needed to commit an action that has an automatic excommunication penalty (can. 1329)
Unless any of you procured an abortion of course.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.
