NGD
Picked up this 2008 Epiphone Slash yesterday....
Im obviously not on a champagne and caviar budget but it plays well enough....
Long neck tenon
Looks to be one piece mahogany body
SD alnico pro humbuckers which sound great....CTS pots wiring looks okay.....seems to resonate really well....only gripes is the poly on the neck is a bit sticky and the fingerboard needs a bit of oil...
So feedback on best product for a dry fingerboard would be ace.....im thinking lemon oil

Re: NGD
Nice... Guitar products labeled "lemon oil" are good, but some say linseed oil works too, I don't like it though as it dries and builds up over time.

Re: NGD
Don't use lemon oil, it is just lemon-scented mineral oil, as has been noted here many times. Coconut oil works well
I just got one of these Epis as well, and I'm super impressed with the quality. The pickups are great--surprisingly. Agree about the poly finish...that's the only thing I don't like about it (so far... )
