I thought I was too until I got a Strat
This. Neck pickup, volume rolled off into your fave fuzz into short delay into amp on the edge of break-up... Gets me tingly every time.
Hate positions 2 and 4 with a vengeance, though. :lolno:
Position 4 is all about me, a clean amp with a gentle bit of OD, beautiful tones for days... the funny thing is all my favourite guitarists were strat players yet I didn't own one....
Unfortunately, the 80's ensured I will never get on with 2 and 4.
They are incredibly versatile instruments, there is no denying it - something for most tastes. :D

Hmmm.....I'm getting the urge to finish work for the day and go play guitar.

Any thoughts ?
Don’t do it.

Is that the sort of help you’re after?
That is probably the best advice tbh, I'm more of a Tele guy really.
I’ve had my 52 reissue tele since 2001.

Since getting the strat, the Tele is not seeing as much play time.

The Fralins that are in it are very nice and having the Gilmour switching option is way cool.

I did the Tele for March and admit that I did fall in love with it all over again.

I really need two stands!! 😂😂

So I couldn't go full Strat-tard, but I'm loving this...

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

It's when you start sleeping with Jennifer Aniston that you know you have a problem.
