Cheers bro. I have a G12T-75 going in first but keen to track down a G12H Creamback and also give a Classic lead 80 a jam also sometime. Those were the 3 anyway... the T-75 showed up.

The counter rubber is round so o ring might work. Gotta be a mighty big one though. The flywheel one is flat about 5mm high and ~ 1mm thick

Some O ring suppliers will custom make. The only question would be the strength of the join.

O ring kit. We used to make our own, you get the length of rubber you cut to size and glue with CA

Shuk Engineering in Auckland will custom make O Rings and seals etc all sizes and different materials (neoprene, nitrile, silicone etc).

Trial run - fretboard markers for a couple of current builds, 6mm brass tube filled with GITD powder, top one is sealed with Solarez UV cure resin and the bottom one with poorly activated CA

The strat which once was red is now becoming seafoam ish in the ghetto spray booth that looks remarkably like a plank hanging from a staircase.
Got a 'wenge' neck from eBay coming too which should be interesting.
