But, is that even seafoam? Looks rather dark.

Here we go……
Have split my originally planned stupid size board into two, making one board for guitar/bass and using the other board for synth guitar
Satisfying hand planed shavings on the workshop floor

Re: What's on your work bench?
Its plain old kwilla, inherited from previous owner of the house. Found a big lump and felt I should use it.
That DS1 has been rattling around in the boot of my Alfa for at least 12 years, bought for next to nothing and never tested... so I'm hoping it works lol.
Under the keys is for another pedalboard project that has yet to come to fruition, not sure what the wood is even. I got some tear out when I was routing its shape so it went into the 'maybe later' pile.
Pikelet is a mini hotcake according to Ben, not tested it in anger yet.

Re: What's on your work bench?
First thought was to go humungous with all that on the board but logistics made me rethink.
So switchblade, sy200, nux mg, caverns, nux dual footswitch is going on the existing rockboard treo 3.2.
New board will have everything else, plus a lil'rat and some sort of trem not sure what yet. There are 2 geranium flavoured pedals there - which is a bit worrying
there will be 3 as I have a second rangemaster to put in an enclosure.
Actually the muff clone is probably germanyummy too?

Re: What's on your work bench?
I really enjoyed using my Stanley No.5 though, purchased from op-shop for $30 and brought back to life. Shavings are a testament to its sharpness. I need a few more to complete the set, got a No.4 which is equally awesome

Italian pedal relicing...love it

Hi-5 on the old Stanley Baileys...solid castings, great design, easy to sharpen and set...and the sound, the sound of a sweet, wafer thin shaving peeling off stock...stiffy, right there

A MIJ Jackson quasi-Dk2m has appeared.
Needs some work - fret dress, rewire, setup, probably a refinish because black is boring.

I made a couple of DB25 patchbays today. 1 DB25 to 1/4” balanced, and one DB25 to 1/8” unbalanced. Fuck me, Jaycar jacks suck balls.

Solder. We have the punch-in tools at work, but I decided to try the masochistic way.
