Had a guy come in with his rig to show us the sound problem he was having. That was his guitar lead. The cheap throwaway cable that comes with Squier guitars. Plugged him in with a Fender Platinum series and his face dropped. When he picked his jaw up off the floor, he started packing up and went home. That was the problem.alanp wrote:Do cheapo Rock Shop cables count? I try and avoid the long runny cablesRuBear wrote:True bypass doesn't mean diddly if you have enough pedals. Do you have a buffered bypass pedal? It may actually help, as it buffers the signal, significantly reducing the problem of long cable runs.
