The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.

I maintain that an LP Jr, set up well, is possibly the only guitar you'll ever need.
Thankfully, we all know that's rubbish.
Congrats. Really nice looking guitar. I can feel that whole thing vibrating in my hands...

Pretty much my favourite solidbody.
A slab of Mahogany (or Korina!), a P90, what else do you need? Perfection!
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

The obvious and liberal orange peel make it look likes it’s constantly vibrating

That's rather nice. Congrats.
Just a tip. Snap the neck off at the heel and screw it back on with whatever you can find in the shed. I promise you, it really improves the tone...

I felt the same way about my first Nocaster. Still went and sold it (stupidly).... The one I bought subsequently wasn't as good.

This looks like a nice drop in option for wrap tail guitars: https://reverb.com/item/23547817-rif-05 ... prs-gibson
