Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Modular synth bits and pieces. I’ve got a Teenage Engineering Modular system to build this weekend, but I’m already thinking how to expand it. Quite keen to build a Eurorack case and start making modules from kits.

I’m still trying to get time to finish it off haha, why doesn’t Velcro stick to some pedals! Got to find my bottle of isopropyl alcohol
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Try applying the sticky side to the pedal :-)

My amp designing and building pal came over yesterday with 3 of his creations. This thing is awesome - a ~20w 6V6 JCM800 refined, scaled down, and made like a work of art:

You can't beat this workmanship. He even makes the fiberglass for the board.

I've put an order in for one with an FX loop.

Sort of. He was round here yesterday with the amps and I jammed a little bit. Nothing structured, I was noodling and he was filming. It's a mish mash of 3 amps - the 800, and 2 of his own designs the Overburden and one called Paydirt.

Don't expect much, I'm a caveman at the best of times.
